Product range

Welded bunds for distribution and medium-voltage transformers – compact, single-piece, standard or custom shapes. Modular bunds of two to four connected units for power transformers from 10 to 100 MVA, reactors and neutral-point coils. Fire-suppression bunds with a factory-assembled baffle-plate system: burning oil drains through the plates and the flames die out without water, foam or power. Retrofit kits turn existing concrete pits (63 kVA to 400 kV) into passive fire-suppression systems.

Temporary bunds with a tubular frame (1.5 m modules, 60 cm high, up to approx. 117 m³) for storage, transport and maintenance.

Indoor installations and data centres

EN 61936-1 requires indoor oil-filled equipment to be fitted with a system that extinguishes burning liquid naturally. Standard fire-suppression bunds for 100 kVA to 3.5 MVA transformers meet this requirement, with PU coating to EN ISO 12944, beams designed to Eurocode 3, and optional insulation, noise-reduction panels and anti-vibration mounts – ideal for data centres, EV charging hubs and critical infrastructure.

Rainwater filtration

Outdoor bunds collect rain. Oil-absorbing filters made of an oleophilic, hydrophobic polymer discharge water continuously, retain hydrocarbons permanently (outlet < 5 mg/l, some models < 1 mg/l) and seal automatically in the event of a major oil leak. Flow rates from approx. 5 l/min up to 1,500 l/min; level and oil-presence sensors report to your control system.
